Slide on the rock and dive in the bay and sleep on the ledge at night

The heat broke last night with the thunderstorm and I finally, finally, finally slept. Today I am exhausted and achy in the way of a body that has been reminded that it doesn't have to run one hundred percent on cortisol, but I dreamed of ghost-hunting with two real-life friends whom I haven't seen in some time and it didn't go badly.

I am still eating foods with no structural integrity whatsoever and it is boring, but fortunately kippers have no structural integrity if you hit them with a fork. Also it turns out I really like liverwurst. And we have a nice source of plantains just around the corner.

I am unspeakably behind on writing about movies.

Thank you! I am not medically restricted per se, but every time I try something with a little more complexity, my face complains. (I am trying to see a helpful doctor.)
