It's good to (a) have an inspiration like that (nice job, spatch!) and (b) to act on it.

When you said you had a wonderful view of the Lynn parking garage, at first I giggled because "wonderful" so rarely gets linked with "parking garage," but then the way you described it, it really did sound wonderful.
