I haven't seen this one, but every film I've seen of Bigelow's has been sharp and twisty and technically accomplished. I remember seeing Zero Dark Thirty on a first (and last) date, of all things, and for a CIA-backed propaganda film it's surprisingly ambivalent and complex (and also was my introduction to Jessica Chastain). My favourite of Bigelow's is still Strange Days, though.
