I've been particularly impressed with the hypoallergenic nature of the perfumes so far: even The Unicorn only made my nose crinkle, not my throat close. But I think the primary attraction is the sheer existence of a set of perfume-makers literate and geeky enough to make whole catalogues of scent based on the works of Edgar Allen Poe or Lewis Caroll, or the gods of various panthea. The copy is also remarkably entertaining, and I'm under the impression most of the scents live up to it . . . Just not today's. : P
