It appears he has been in other movies I've seen, but I can't immediately place him in them, including Arrival

Whoa. All right, he's a chameleon, which I would not have assumed from that distinctive a face. [personal profile] spatch tells me he was Arnold Rothstein in Boardwalk Empire, which I am almost tempted to check out.
