My contrib copy is still out there milling in the ether somewhere so I'll hope that since others are seeing their copies, mine will find its way to me soon.

If it doesn't arrive, you should contact Mike Allen (time_shark) and see if he can find out what happened; I believe all the contributor's copies were mailed at the same time, but you might want to make sure.
