We did not notice the shakiness. I don't know what that says about us.
Everyone's different. My mother noticed but thought it worked for the film rather than against it. I notice cinematography in most movies, I just usually don't want to change it. I'd assume that if you're fine with shaky-cam in general, it will not bother you in 70 mm, and if you're not fine with it, 70 mm is not the way you want to see this film.
