I don't have much to say... but I think you are pretty great. And that pernicious bullshit sounds a lot like... social gaslighting? I don't know. Anti-Semitism is a thing, you have every right to call it out as a thing, the fact that other prejudices (and Israel!) are also things doesn't make it less a horrible thing.
