Chocolate ghosts sound like they must be both tasty and insubstantial--I'm imagining bags of chocolate-scented air, or tins of chocolate smoke.

I like that idea! A faint scent of chocolate and the conviction that there's another bar in the pantry, but every time you go to look, there never is.
