whereas my efforts to locate a copy of Dead and Buried have been frustrated by the fact that (a) it's out of print (b) the hardcover's all there is.

Have you not had a chance to read this one at all, or just not had a chance to buy a copy? I hope you've been able to read it, it's one of my favorites!
