I thought I hadn't, but then I recognized the F-I-S-H cheer and the chorus ("Don't ask me, I don't give a damn / Next stop is Vietnam") as well as the lines "Be the first one on your block / To have your boy come home in a box." I think I learned it from a friend in grad school, in which case I cannot imagine but that it came up in context of America's behavior in Iraq. Phil Ochs' "Draft Dodger Rag" was the one I grew up on.
