Ooh! It's not exactly the same structure, but the video for Slow Club's "Giving Up on Love" (http://youtu.be/-qzOOg4pxw8) is just one long take of Mackenzie Crook riding a Ferris wheel and moving his lips to the song's lyrics (he lights up a cigarette during the bridge.)
