I am so pleased with the pickled fiddleheads experiment. I want to buy more from the Public Market and try it again for later parties, even just of the have-a-couple-friends-over sort; we don't have a deep fryer, but oil in a pan ought to work well enough.

It was a thoroughly delightful party, full of thoroughly delightful people.
