The table of contents for Clockwork Phoenix 5 is now online, containing my short story "The Trinitite Golem," which I remain proud of. [livejournal.com profile] time_shark says very nice things about it on last Thursday's episode of The Outer Dark. It does indeed contain J. Robert Oppenheimer and a golem. I think it is the only story of mine for which I have ever taught myself math.

I was thinking these past few days about how writing gets us to learn things. Teaching yourself math seems like a prime example.

As I've said, the story titles make this look like a very intriguing collection indeed. Congratulations! I'm glad the Clockwork Phoenix series now contains one of your stories.
