I felt like I was in the BEST PLACE EVER. Interesting research and speculation to the left of me, amusing movie conversation to the right of me, a clutch of shiny-brained people using said brains to illuminate the world for each other and share the joy of discovery.

Awesome! I think that is a wonderful outcome of an impromptu movie-talking numismatic room party.

Next year, I may book a party block room and host a showing of The Return of Captain Invincible (possibly also with refreshments of some sort, depending on logistics).

That's simultaneously really tempting and horrific to contemplate.
