A couple of years ago we had a regular rotisserie-chicken-into-two-meals+stock cycle going, with the carcasses sitting and seething in a crockpot while we were at work.

Wow.

I am not sure that I'm prepared for a regular cycle, but I really, really, really want to roast a chicken. It is the right weather for roasting things.
