Now you've stuck me with two things from my youth.

Long Ago and Far Away -- I am certain our local PBS station ran this. And thanks for the author of The Haunting of Cassie Palmer. Such a funny thing, how the title of a book will get stuck in one's memory. Recently I was thinking about it and wanted to read it again.
