The guy who seems to have assembled the single most inclusive version is a guy named Wayne Maginn, who put out a two-disk special edition composite bootleg on his own hook, and was "sad to say" that even when he informed Warner Brothers that he was doing so, nobody seemed to give much of a shit. Unfortunately, even this print is apparently very badly faded, grainy and has a hissing, popping soundtrack, so it would have to undergo pretty extreme restoration to come up to the standard of any existing cut prints. I do however know that Russell heard about it and/or saw it just before he died and was apparently very happy with the result.
