Having a big gathering later in celebration of the fact of the marriage is a great, and probably a much saner, idea.
Yeah. We can stress ourselves out on our own time without needing to organize a wedding to do it!
(We're planning a screwball film festival for the reception; we are actually looking forward to putting it together.)
