I loved loved loved the way the movie positions both Pegg and Frost against type -- making the former dance a razor-thin line of skeeviness that never quite crosses the border into making me hate him, and putting the latter in the position of being the moral center of the film and its most straightforwardly heroic character. And yes, it isn't just about the two of them, either. All of the others get their moments (partially excepting Oliver, because Plot), and those moments aren't just token things ticked off a list ("have we taken care of Characterization for Peter yet?"). They matter. Quite a lot.
