Aaaaaaaagh. My knowledge of contemporary female actors is crap. Harriet Walter is in her sixties now, but about twenty-five years ago she could have played Carra circa "Black Box"—tall enough and angle-thin, with her dusty cheekbones and her long cat-closed mouth, usually androgynous. (I wish I'd seen her as the Donmar Warehouse's Brutus.) Not Rebecca Hall, much as I loved her in The Awakening. I'm sure I'll think of people in the morning, but right now I feel like a sexist argument. I'm not seeing enough media nowadays.
