If you have any suggestions as to how to make this happen, I'll take them. I like writing about movies very much, but I've always assumed I wasn't saying anything—late-night, years-late, LJ, informal—with the requisite depth for publishable criticism.
(Okay, I do think I have something to say about Powell and Pressburger. There's almost nothing on them and what there is I tend to disagree with, except for poliphilo's "Poetic, perverted, patriotic. It makes me cry." I'd have to read more Ian Christie and argue with him first, though.)
