Is the handy disposal unit supplied with the tea, or do you have to supply your own felicity?

The cat is region-specific, but I like him when I find him. Or he finds me. At first he would suffer himself to be petted, but not seek me out rather than his person of the last fifteen years. Now, if I'm sufficiently stationary, he'll thunk himself down next to me and crank up the purr until I take proper action. Nothing I was doing could be that important, could it?
