"Jaggery" always sounds to me like the place where one keeps one's steak knives, or one's pinking scissors, or something.

Like Chancery, only sharper.

It's also the name of a pretty awesome band I discovered last year at The Big Broadcast of 1954. Sort of classical-darkwave. The frontwoman is the sister of someone my brother went to high school with.
