I just went back and re-read at Not Four in the Morning and realized the palm sugar is on the inside, which does sound incredible. I think I can borrow some from the Jencaits, too (we had it in some GF/CF/SF pad thai a few weeks ago there). Not that one shouldn't keep one's own jaggery around the house, but it's hard to keep it here in the summer because of the SWAMP.
