Bogart's role in particular makes it surprising that the film isn't on DVD.

Seriously. Especially when you can find DVDs for much more minor films like Brother Orchid (1940), which is the one where Edward G. Robinson hides out from his former mob partners (Bogart included) in a monastery and takes up horticulture.
