You confused the heck out of me (briefly), as one of my favourite hangouts in Chicago, back when I lived there, was Myopic Books. I had this moment of "did they actually move an entire *bookstore* across half the country? Did I somehow misremember the name? How could that *possibly* be a chain? What is going on??" But no, it is merely coincidence. I think.

Sounds like a lovely day, though! I don't think I've ever witnessed as amusing an array of events at a park. :)
