Well that's it exactly. Once the story has been told, what's the point? I think it's a lot like making art. I never know what the finished piece will look like since anything can happen along the way. And I like what you said about the days of the week. If I started something on any other day, would it look the same? I guess I won't have to worry about this with a disseration since I probably won't be writing one in this lifetime. :)
