Yeah, I actually was able to switch from Basic to Plus (grrr) and therefore have custom comment pages on my own LJ, and when I'm viewing my flist I can comment on peoples' pages in my own style, but if I go to another LJ if that blog has the default comment design, I'm fucked again.

Well, I upgraded to S2 because otherwise it was going to be illegible: and now the comments pages look in the same style as my journal and it's still weird. Any pointers?

(At least I have a drop-down roster of icons again.)
