Didn't know you could sing tenor, although I must confess I've little enough concept of what those ranges actually mean--I think of my own voice chiefly in terms of keys and capo positions.
I'm a dark-voiced lyric soprano; I have a good range, but I don't work extensively in my lower register, as I would if I were a mezzo or a contralto. This was rocky and bent toward sprechstimme on the rise of the verses; it seemed to work for Dylan. I wouldn't use it much, though: it wouldn't be healthy.
