How many cousins have you? Are they all similarly brilliant and odd?
I don't know all of my cousins. Tristen and his mother Maggie are the only close ones I have on my mother's side, and technically they're step-cousins; this is irrelevant for all practical purposes, but neither of my mother's siblings ever reproduced. Second cousins, my grandmother was an only child. Third cousins, then you get various descendants of the other three Goldberg sisters and so gaudior and the cousin I'm meeting tonight and the awesome therapist in California and the one from Israel I met when I was twelve and others I don't keep in my head, although I've met several of them at things like weddings or b'nei mitzvah.
I have a gazillion cousins on my father's side—the whole six brothers thing—and I don't know most of them, either.
