A middle-of-the-road TNG novel. Aside from that Worf is front and center, I can't recall very much about it.

Now, if you ever stumble across her first novel, Nightseer, that's worth snagging. It reminded me in many ways of Michelle Sagara's first tetralogy. Though be warned, it's the first of a planned trilogy but the publisher declined book 2.
