On the other side of town and pretty far from the Beltway - GoogleMaps is estimating more than 45 minutes in good conditions. We drive to NoVA fairly often for things we like, but most of the places are right near the Beltway. "Any place on the Beltway is near any other place on the Beltway" (except during rush hour ... ).
