1) Total number of films I own on DVD/video: Errm, probably half a dozen or so? I just chucked out a load of videos and only have those movies which I'd want to watch repeatedly rather than just ones I've liked. I'm not one for hanging onto things, be they books or movies, I'm happy just to just consume them then get rid of them...
2) The last film I bought: Bought the latest Rollins DVD but that was for my brother, Big Fish and Finding Nemo for Jen, so i guess the last one would be Fight Club which was about two years ago :)
3) The last film I watched: Gus Van Sant's "Elephant" and the French movie "Baise Moi". Elephant was very good and I really like Van Sant, just for his range and experimentation if nothing else, whilst Baise Moi was a far more interesting phenomenon in itself rather than the actual movie...
4) Five films I watch a lot that mean a lot to me: "meaning" can only go so far when it comes to movies but I guess I'd say Fight Club (for being a near-perfect film on so many levels), Camille Claudel (for its relevance to jen and I), Halloween (just a classic horror movie), Lost Highway/Mulholland Drive (Lynch showing the rip-off merchants just how it's done). I guess i could also add in Lurhmann's Romeo and Juliet, again for meaning to J and I.
