With whom does one negotiate the jurisdiction of the Mongolian Death Flue?

I am tempted to respond: the Mongolian Death Chimney Sweep (whose job description sounds worse than it is . . .), but in fact I was just hoping to reach an agreement with the flu itself. Unfortunately, my sinuses are collaborators.
