and our Siamese kitten was obsessed with candles and singed his whiskers. Then there was the snow...
My parents moved to Boston just in time for the blizzard of '78. I'm amazed they stayed.
(My aunt didn't. As soon as the snow melted, she moved back to California posthaste. And I was born here and love the winter. Go know.)
