Sounds like an awesome day, in every sense.

It was. And thereby something I really, really needed.

So now you have a reason to go back!

Oh, yeah. We figured museums and bookstores and Edward Gorey's house would still be available to the public in winter (when beaches would be more likely to induce hypothermia than Stendhal syndrome), so we went for the outdoors now. But we are definitely going back.
