I love Stan Rogers. For years "Barrett's Privateers" was the song I had heard some older students singing on a bus trip in middle school: all I remembered was Now I'm a broken man on a Halifax pier, which did not help me track it down as much as I thought it would. I think strange_selkie is responsible for acquiring me an actual copy of the song.
