Damn it, TCM! (The updated player still looks the same on my tablet; I'm sorry it got messed up on whatever you're using to view it.)

I'm glad on an actual tablet it's fine! On the Roku it has lost all articles, cast lists, and spatch just pointed out associated videos like host intros and clips, while in a browser it may list some of the cast and crew but only as as plain text rather than links to a database and the player has become a peculiarly much tinier window which can theoretically be popped out picture-in-picture but then so far in my experience it crashes. Also the watchlist has become a stack which must be scrolled down through instead of a grid which it makes it much harder to see what's on it. And I thought I'd been annoyed when the site binned Movie Morlocks and the feature where you could set notifications for upcoming films.

[edit] And we have just been able to establish that it is adding new films to the buffer on the Roku, but not in any of the browsers in the house! So it is no longer consistent across platforms. I don't even know what that means!
