I love Murder by Contract. It's one of my favorite late-era noirs, and my favorite Vince Edwards performance, though, as I recall, he was good in City of Fear (which I think I saw on Noir Alley?).

He was! I noticed him in City of Fear in a way I hadn't when he was being Marie Windsor's meathead boy toy in The Killing. I look forward to him in Murder by Contract.

(I am pretty sure it did play Noir Alley. It was definitely on TCM.)
