This paragraph with Cook's first lines is chef's-kiss good! Love it.
Thank you!
--I mean, how can one not fall in love with "dust himself off like an indignant cat"?? I love it. But also, "report back the information successfully gleaned by his wistful loitering." What an economical and graceful and just all-around pleasing way of putting it.
He was a very inspiring character to write about! And really not like anyone I had seen his actor play to date, which was just as much of a pleasure. I don't see how a viewer could have been expected not to fall for him.
--I would love to see it, but I'll probably content myself with your review, as I'm maxed out, for the moment, on opening even free accounts at places.
For what it's worth, I have watched Pluto TV without creating an account, I just turn the sound down during the impressively intrusive commercial breaks. (They don't run the ads during the commercial breaks already built in. Why?) Understood if you still do not have the bandwidth. God knows I pretty much don't.
