No, I haven't: I'd love to see that. I have read Clysta Kinstler's The Moon Under Her Feet, a retelling of the Christ story that recasts him—from the perspective of Mari Anath, the Magdalene—as a dying god in the manner of Dumuzi and Osiris, and so handles Inanna's descent and return. (She links it to Salome's dance of the seven veils, actually, which may be historically bizarre but—like dying gods, which were more or less an invention of Frazer's spare time—makes for such a lovely mythological resonance, how could you leave it?) I read the book in high school and remember liking it; she seemed to have a decent handle on mythology and intriguing Christian heresies into the bargain. I'll have to check it out again now that I know slightly more about Inanna.
