Yeah - I only found out Philippe de Villiers started it until after we got there, and it was only because I had issues with their portrayal of the French Revolution that I went looking on the internet and found anything at all. Then again I’m not normally anywhere near Europe and probably miss a lot. Most of what I did find was about the park’s pro Vendee approach and historian reaction to it, and so thanks for providing more context.
