I have not made any kind of survey of the subject and frankly right now I wouldn't undertake one --I feel you. One thing I did not have on my list of possibilities for my future was to live in an era with their complete resurrection. (I realize they never died out so as to need resurrection, but it felt to me in my young adulthood that they had died the way measles had died: not quite, but effectively. But "effectively" turns out to be not so effective, for both measles and Nazism.)
