Did you check reality?

The night smells like spring: thawing earth, rain on last year's dead leaves. I haven't seen a leopard slug on the sidewalk since we moved from Winter Hill. I miss them.

I have spent the last two days actually sleeping at night, for eight or ten hours a night. It seems very unfair that it should make me bone-tired. Nonetheless, I intend to keep the experiment going as long as I can. I will be spending the weekend running around after my niece.

Touching through time is important; I like the idea of doing it with pomegranates.

Hooray for sleep! May the trend continue, and become less tiring. *hugs*

Yay sleep! Sleep is good!

Yeah, ever since long covid I've been sleeping 12-16 hours a day (sometimes 18) and it's not resting at all. Wtf corporeality.

I recently learned that "grenade" is related to "grenadine", as early grenades looked kinda like pomegranates.

Hurray sleep! Hurray niece!

I love the pomegranates, though my favorite might be the one the poster made in college.

Touching through time seems marvelous all on its own, and pomegranates are a definite added plus. Loved the pictures.

Also intrigued that you have a song by a band called salt cathedral. We saw ads for Colombia's Salt Cathedral on our first visit--could have probably done it as a day trip--but didn't feel confident enough in our Spanish to manage the trip. Maybe another time.

Yay for sleep (boo for tiredness)!

Those pomegranates are so cool!
