I was complaining to rushthatspeaks about the brevity of functional hours I have in my day before I have to fall over and not write about any of the things I want to write about because I spent the afternoon on the phone with the state of Massachusetts and he reminded me that every single one of the things from which I am with any luck recovering is a cause of crushing fatigue, which is important for me to remember, but I still think it's stupid. I have ordered our free COVID-19 tests from the government and my arm can stop hurting any day now.

Walks are fun things, and they do need recovery from sometimes. And sometimes that takes work, and work that's too much like hard work (ME/CFS person here.)

I hope you can get some proper rest and recover a bit, is what I'm babbling about, er, saying. Take good care of yourself!

I owe you thanks. I'm four episodes into Sapphire and Steel assignment 1. I have quite a few thoughts, some more colorful than others, not least of which is the certainty that, had I been within range and aware of this airing during some part of my childhood, I would have attached strongly to Steel. When Sapphire is affected by that cottage picture - oh my goodness! I have yet to meet Silver, given where I am in canon.
