I just snagged on this section, and in your later translation the one item described as a birthing piece. (I didn't snag on you translating, the items just caught my eye. It's only a magpies eye, that. Starting from this one here, that day I quoted, I saw this section described (from the Sumerian) as two genderless creatures. That is quite a difference.
So that was the niggle, and why, and yes, any of those would interest, more so the later two, as I am assimilative rather than creative. And thank you; but no need. Just caught my eye and curiosity.
