I wonder if I've mentioned it: it's one called Nuevo Rico, Nuevo Pobre (Newly Rich, Newly Poor), a very long, humorous telenovela in which two babies who were switched at birth have to switch back at age 30. The characters are delightful--all fun in various ways, even the bad guy, and the whole thing is very high spirited and at the same time is managing to get some pretty good social messages across without making you feel like you're in school. We laugh out loud several times an episode, which is, in this day and age, a real pleasure. It's a little broad in its humor? But for whatever reason, that rubs me the *right* way in this show instead of the wrong way. ... I should make a telenovela icon, or maybe a Colombian flag icon...
