TIL about Peggy Seeger! (I mean, also Elvira, but I was not as aware of her before hearing this news as I was about Peggy Seeger.)

I am glad to be the bearer of good news!

I met Peggy Seeger once when I was in college. She sang sitting on the edge of the stage. I gave her the winter version of "Wild Mountain Thyme" that a friend and I performed for the solstice. I don't know if she ever did anything with it, but that wasn't the point.
