That is the one in which I'm most interested, and not even shallowly (okay okay okay a little shallowly)! I live in a pretty constant state of wanting to have (or having) an argument and trying to save the world.

But also: did you watch Fantastic Planet in French with subtitles, or in English overdub, because Barry Bostwick and I am trying to decide which is the fucked-uppeder way to encounter early-Seventies animation with attendant atmospheric scoring.

Also, here is a shiny new dime to bet I would last approximately 1% of the runtime of Cherry 2000 before having to go and do laundry. In the next town over.

Lastly, ahem:
I am still not convinced it is the smartest of tactics to ram a submarine into a flying saucer, especially when the result is a submarine sinking to crush depth still stuck into the saucer's side like a horny anglerfish.
I don't know whether my response to this quote should be a) "Ah yes, On Brand for This Reviewer;" b) "So shines human genius in this jaded, angst-ridden world;" or c) "Were I not happily married I would so buy your brain dinner." *blinks baffledly* It caused an entire reset, in other words.

And I don't think anyone ever went wrong with Daffy Duck.

Edit: There is also a 2009 remake of Witch Mountain, which is the one I feared you might be watching; I hadn't even known of the 1995 one, for which I guess I can blame the lack of cinema inherent in Massachusetts' foster-care system?
